The dock is 60 ft. long and is located on a wide stretch of the river.

Not visible from the main house, the guest house has just under 1300 sf. ft. of living space on the second floor and another 1,280 sq. ft. on the main floor. There is an elevator. The guest house has its own well, septic and electric.

The 60 x 30-foot barn has extended height overhead doors, is fully air conditioned and insulated, and has an office, full bathroom and mezzanine storage. Perfect for all your toys, hobbies, RV, boat trailer, etc.

There is a plant nursery with a full nursery rack in the green house and two horticultural shade structures which are used to grow the many air plants, ferns, shrubs and trees on the property.

Pineapple Point is one of many hidden spots around the estate that are accessible by trails.

There is an inlet from the river which runs between the main property to the east and the 3-acre wetland island.
